Hi there. Today, I would like us to focus on the other main character of your (or someone else's) story: the antagonist. For those who might not know, the antagonist is the anti-hero. He (or she) represents everything the hero stands for. Think of Voldemort from the Harry Potter series or, for this particular example, think of Loki from Avengers. Think how differently the story might be if we saw Loki as the hero and Thor as the bad guy.
Contrary to popular belief, the antagonist is just as important as the hero, because their sole reason for existing is to give the hero purpose or reason (even if they don't mean to). Another good example of a likable antagonist would be Cole from the show Charmed. Like Loki, he wasn't always evil: it went back to the whole nature-vs-nurture argument.
Take a look at the following prompt and let me know what it inspires in you.
